As a certified mentor coach, Melissa works with seasoned coaches to build competence and confidence at the ICF MCC level. You’ll go deeper with your clients to coach beyond the story and create novel awareness leading to great insight and lasting change. It’s about coaching with strong beginnings and solid endings, igniting an experimental stance, and learning to dance in the moment with ease.

Strengthening skills.
We’ll partner to compare your coaching with the ICF Core Competencies and outline the stepping stones to your mastery. One-on-one and/or in a mentor coaching group, we’ll celebrate your strengths, upgrade your limitations, and focus on bringing out your own authentic coaching style.
